Senator Woelfel  moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 3, after line 7, by inserting a new subdivision (4), to read as follows:

(4) A women’s right to equal pay for equal work, closing the gender gap wherein a woman earns eighty-four cents for every whole dollar a man earns.
